Warranty Information

What your warranty covers, what it leaves out and how to make a claim.

  1. How to make a warranty claim

Take your warranty card to Nestor Works to make a claim. Make sure the card includes these details:

    1. Product model number
    2. Date of purchase
    3. Invoice number
    4. Seller’s official stamp
  2. How long the warranty lasts

Your warranty starts on the original purchase date and lasts for the time shown on your warranty card. It only covers faults caused when the product was made.

You must pay for any repairs after the warranty ends.

  3. What the warranty does not cover

    1. Damage during transport, water getting into the product, incorrect use, rough use or careless handling.
    2. Parts that need regular replacement, such as batteries, and any accessories.
    3. Damage caused by changing or opening the product, or by repairs done without approval.
    4. Changes in the product’s colour.
    5. Fading of printed designs or markings.
    6. Wear and tear of the band or strap, glass and case.
    7. Damage from fires, earthquakes, floods or other natural disasters.
  4. Sending your product for repair

Pack the product safely before sending it to an approved service center for repair. Include the warranty card, the invoice, or both, together with a written note explaining the problem.

You must pay all shipping and transport costs before sending the product.

  5. Information stored on your product

Nestor Works is not responsible if information stored on your product is lost, damaged or changed during a repair.

Nestor Works management decides whether the warranty terms have been broken. Its decision is final and must be accepted.

The warranty can only be used through service centers approved by Nestor Works. The list of service centers may change without advance notice.
