When to expect your delivery
Delivery is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.
Preparing your order
We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are handled on the next business day.
Where we deliver
We deliver within Sri Lanka only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We cannot deliver to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking your order
After we send your order, we will send you an SMS with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Enter that number on our courier’s website to check your delivery progress.
If your delivery is delayed
Bad weather, transport problems or other events outside our control may delay your delivery. We aim to meet the estimated delivery time, but delays can happen.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact Nestor Works as soon as possible with your order number. We will look into the problem and help you resolve it.
